Bermuda-based re/insurer, Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited, has announced the appointment of Bobby Bianconi as Global Head of Cyber.
In his new role, based in Connecticut, Bianconi will lead Aspen’s Global Cyber underwriting team, overseeing its underwriting strategy and risk management capabilities.
He will also maintain oversight of Aspen’s recently enhanced Cyber Risk Platform which provides innovative pre-incident services to primary insureds globally.
Bianconi has been with Aspen since 2016 and brings over a decade of dedicated underwriting experience. He started in the company as Assistant Vice President – Cyber Underwriting before becoming Vice President of Cyber and later Head of US Cyber, his most recent role.
Prior to joining Aspen, he led the Cyber portfolio for the Western United States at Allied World. Bobby has also held underwriting positions at HCC Specialty and Valiant.
