<p>In a letter<span style="font-weight: 400;"> to UHS Chairman and CEO Alan Miller, Warner, who serves as vice chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, asked a series of questions in relation to a </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">ransomware attack</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> on UHS last month that crashed systems at hospital facilities across the nation. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">UHS has more than 400 facilities in the U.S. and United Kingdom, with more than 90,000 employees, and it has previously stressed that there is no evidence any data was stolen or accessed. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">NBC News reported</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> last week that the incident&#8230;</span></p>

<p><em>Business Insurance</em> on Thursday announced the winners of the 2020 U.S. Insurance Awards during a virtual awards presentation.</p>
<p>Highlighting the event was the presentation of the Lifetime Achievement Award to Kevin H. Kelley, retired vice chairman of Liberty Mutual Insurance Co.’s Global Risk Solutions business and former CEO of Ironshore Inc. and Lexington Insurance Co.</p>
<p>In addition, teams of professionals from across the industry were honored for specific projects they had collaborated on in the field of commercial insurance.</p>
<p>Finalists in 14 categories were selected by <em>Business Insurance</em> staff from more than 170 nominations.</p>
<p>The winners were selected by a panel of more than 50 risk managers who independently assessed each of the finalists.</p>
<p>The 2020 USIA winners are:</p>
