India — Aditya Birla Capital has appointed Shrikant Iyer as Head of Cyber Security, strengthening its cybersecurity leadership as the financial services company continues to enhance cyber resilience, digital trust, and security governance across its NBFC business.
In his new role, Iyer will lead cybersecurity strategy, information security governance, cyber risk management, regulatory compliance, and security operations for Aditya Birla Capital’s NBFC business. His appointment comes as financial institutions continue to strengthen cyber defence capabilities amid increasing digital adoption, evolving regulatory requirements, and a rapidly changing threat landscape.
Iyer brings extensive experience in cybersecurity, information security governance, IT risk management, regulatory compliance, security architecture, and enterprise cyber resilience.
