TekStream has acquired the cybersecurity business of ImagineX, expanding its managed security and advisory capabilities as demand grows for more unified approaches to enterprise cyber risk management.
The deal brings ImagineX’s cybersecurity services—including strategy and advisory, virtual chief information security officer (vCISO) offerings, governance, risk and compliance (GRC), continuous threat exposure management (CTEM), and identity and access management (IAM)—into TekStream’s broader digital resilience portfolio.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
TekStream said the acquisition is intended to consolidate cybersecurity strategy and execution under a single operating model, combining advisory services with its managed detection and response (MDR) business. The company positions the combined platform as a way for organizations to reduce fragmentation across security vendors and improve coordination between executive decision-making and operational response.
