25. Michael McAllister, Manager, Payroll, Mazars LLP
McAllister is head of Mazars’ Scottish payroll centre, which he launched on joining the firm in 2013. He manages a team of 11 payroll specialists working with over 400 clients. He is also on the senior payroll leadership board.
He has a client-centric approach and his business development and client management skills have led to three promotions in quick succession from team leader through to his current role.
