A New York investment firm focused exclusively on health care has taken a stake in Cool Springs-based cybersecurity company Clearwater Compliance.

Terms of Clearwater’s deal with Altaris Capital Partners are not being disclosed. In a statement, Clearwater officials said they plan to use the investment to stay on a path that saw them more than double the company’s revenues over three years to more than $6 million.
