David B. Johnson Chesterfield County has announced David B. Johnson as its new director of risk management. Johnson has served as the department’s assistant director since 2014, working in the environmental, health and safety division. In his current role, Johnson has helped consolidate the county’s and Chesterfield County Public School’s environmental, health and safety services into the county’s risk management department to manage those types of risks more efficiently.
