Overview
This course has been designed to assist home care providers to implement systems to identify and respond to their gaps against the Aged Care Quality Standards or the NDIS Standard. This course goes through the process of quality auditing to assist your service to understand how to conduct an audit; how to assess audit findings against key performance indicators such as Quality Standards; and how to use audit findings to support continuous improvement.
