Groww is hiring an experienced National Collections Manager. You will develop and implement collection tactics to maximize recovery rates while reducing losses for unsecured loans and lead, guide, and support a team of collection managers, RCM, ZCM across multiple locations.

- Evaluate current collections processes and performance metrics nationally, seeking opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
- Monitor collections performance nationally against key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams from risk management, operations, and product development to minimize credit risk and continuously enhance collection tactics.
