Deloitte has released four new sustainability-focused accelerators on the Workiva platform to help organizations comply with the European Union’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive. The tools focus on double materiality review, financed emissions calculations, regulatory gap assessments and compliance workflow tracking, the companies said in a news release.
Deloitte, a global professional services network serving nearly 90% of Fortune 500 companies, developed the accelerators to help companies manage increasingly complex ESG reporting requirements. The tools are now available in the Workiva Marketplace alongside Deloitte’s advisory services.
“Deloitte’s latest accelerators on the Workiva platform can help organizations to more easily untangle and report on complex and sometimes overlapping ESG reporting rules,” said Dina Trainor, managing director and ESG controllership leader at Deloitte & Touche LLP. “Our goal continues to focus on helping companies meet their reporting obligations, reinforce stakeholder confidence in their commitments to responsible practices and foster a more sustainable future for society.”
