AEGIS London appoints LSM’s Paul Ventris as head of internal audit

AEGIS London has appointed Paul Ventris, previously of Liberty Specialty Markets (LSM), as its new head of internal audit.

Ventris will now be responsible for planning and overseeing AEGIS London’s audit programme, managing the internal audit teams and reporting its activities to the Audit Committee.

He joins from LSM, where he served as Senior Audit Manager, and is an approved person under the Financial Conduct Authority’s (FCA) Senior Insurance Managers Regime (SIMR).

In his new role, Ventris will report to Chris Forbes, Vice Chairman of AEGIS London’s Audit Committee, and also to David Croom-Johnson, Managing Director of AEGIS London.
