The HSE auditors have hit out at weak financial controls within a Dublin hospice and questioned credit card spending including on entertainment and hospitality.
Members of the board of Our Lady’s Hospice in Dublin enjoyed a €700 dinner in Trocadero restaurant paid for from charity funds, the new internal audit report found.
