AHMEDABAD: The Internal auditor of Sabarmati Riverfront Development Corporation Limited (SRFDCL) has observed that the company does not have any internal control system for preparation of financial; statement.
The report tabled in the annual board meeting held on Saturday. The report was compiled and prepared by SGDD and Associates LLP, which has made some serious remarks regarding the financial mispropriation.
