CNM LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Thomas Grimberg as Practice Leader within its IT Audit and Advisory group. Thomas will be responsible for overseeing project teams by reviewing and assessing the IT environments, risks and controls pertaining to Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, internal audit projects, and SSAE 18 compliance for companies that range from newly public high-growth entities in rapidly changing environments to the largest entertainment and public companies.
Thomas brings 22 years of experience in internal audit, regulatory compliance, IT security, enterprise risk management, and data analytics to CNM, with primary expertise in SOX compliance, enterprise risk assessments, and IT security.
Prior to joining CNM, Thomas served as a director at Western Digital Corporation, where he oversaw the IT and security functions within the internal audit department as well as the companys enterprise risk management program. Thomas planned and led all IT, security, data analytics, and enterprise risk related to audits, assessments, and investigations.
