CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Cuyahoga County Department of Internal audit has released the final version of its audit of procurement practices in the county’s troubled IT Department. A copy of the report can be read below.
The audit examined IT contracts from July 2016 through the end of 2017 and documented several problems with the procurement process during that period. Several contracts reviewed in the audit also have been sought with subpoenas by corruption investigators at the County Prosecutor’s Office.
