APPLETON – Those responsible for inmate medical care in the Outagamie County Jail were challenged Tuesday by residents and county supervisors in the wake of an independent audit that found a host of problems.
While the company that oversees that care acknowledged some issues, its representatives also sought to explain some of the concerns raised in the audit and insisted that inmates are getting quality care in the jail.
