Hideo Hatano
Head of Internal Audit, dentsu
Hideo Hatano joined TonenGeneral Sekiyu K.K. (now ENEOS Corporation) in 1994. For about 20 years, Hideo developed his career mainly in the areas of Treasurers, Internal Audit, and Internal Controls through his professional experience both in Japan and ExxonMobil operations outside Japan.
In 2016, Hideo joined Amazon Japan as Internal Audit Manager. In 2019, he became Head of the Japan Internal Audit Office and Chief Internal Auditor for Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. prior to joining Dentsu Group Inc. in 2022 as Executive Director of the Group Internal Audit Office. After heading the internal audit function at dentsu Japan, Hideo assumed his current role in January 2024.
