A Cedar Rapids festival launched by the city’s convention and visitors bureau lost millions, city officials said Tuesday.
Newbo Evolve, a three-day arts and music event featuring headliners Kelly Clarkson and Maroon 5, lost an estimated $2.3 million, Go Cedar Rapids board chairman John Myers said in a news conference.
