KAMPALA – Kampala Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago has ordered for a value-for-money audit into the process that led to his botched impeachment in 2013.
In a September 5 letter to the KCCA director of internal audit, Mr. Moses Bwire, Mr. Lukwago also ordered for another review of the authority’s acquisition and management of Usafi and Wandegeya markets.
