Cerberus Cyber Sentinel Corp., a Top 250 MSSP, has acquired Alpine Security, a provider of risk management and compliance services. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Alpine Security, based in St. Louis, specializes in such areas as:
- medical device and heath care cybersecurity assessment and testing;
- penetration testing;
- cybersecurity certification training; and
- CISO as a Service (CaaS).
Alpine Security President and founder Christian Espinosa will take on a strategy role within Cerberus Sentinel. Also, the Alpine penetration testing team will tuck into Cerberus Sentinel’s associated team. Headcount figures were not disclosed.
