H. Michael Carter, project manager in the archictural department in the Quincy office of Klingner & Associates P.C., has become qualified as a licensed architect by the Iowa Professional License Bureau. Carter has been a team member and project architect in the design of building structures for various projects. He is the Architect of Record for the Quincy Public School District No. 172 Iles Elementary School being built on North 12th Street. Carter has a bachelor of architecture degree from Kansas State University, and is a registered architect in Illinois and Missouri.
