Regulators pushing CCPs, exchanges on op risk

Regulators are pressing the world’s largest exchanges and clearing houses to improve their management of operational risk, requiring a battery of enhancements – to monitoring, reporting, disclosures or stress tests – and in some cases arranging additional on-site inspections.
