Dr. Chesnutt is the CEO of A & N Technical Services, Inc. and holds a Ph.D. and M.Phil. in Policy Analysis from the RAND Graduate School, an M.S. in Technology and Science Policy from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a B.A. in Economics from Kenyon College.
He is a member of the International Water Association, the American Association for the Advancement of Science, the American Statistical Association, and the Institute for Operations Research and Management Science (INFORMS). Dr. Chesnutt is a Certified Analytics Professional (CAP® , see www.certifiedanalytics.org) and an Accredited Professional StatisticianTM (PStat®).
