▪ Forest Hayes has been promoted to senior vice president and chief risk officer at Harborstone Credit Union in Tacoma. He is responsible for enterprise risk management and also serves as the primary management liaison to the Supervisory Committee. He oversees internal audit, compliance, and serves on a number of the credit union’s committees. Hayes earned an MBA from the University of Hartford at the Barney School of Business and bachelor’s degree from Sonoma State University.
