An S&P Global Ltd. unit and a cyber risk management software company are partnering to offer a comprehensive cyber risk and cyber insurance analytics tool.
The companies said in a statement Wednesday that S&P unit CRISIL Global Research & Risk Solutions’ risk and compliance tools integrate with Addison, Texas-based Maxxsure LLC’s technology, which identifies current and potential cyber risk, evaluates their preparedness and resilience against a cyber event and estimates potential financial loss.
Charu Madaan, global head of nonfinancial risk with India-based CRISIL, said in a statement the product is designed to help businesses of all sizes in the banking and financial services industry.
