Claudia Rodriguez and Adrian Santiago have been promoted at WestStar Bank. Rodriguez, who joined the bank in 2012, has been promoted to senior vice president, internal audit manager, where she will oversee the internal audit department and the FDICIA compliance program. She will also develop and ensure completion of the bank’s annual audit plan and test the operating effectiveness of its internal controls. Santiago, who joined WestStar in 2009, has been promoted to vice president, commercial lending, where he will develop and manage business banking relationships in El Paso.
