Erika Caesar joined the Bank in October 2017 as Managing Director, Assistant General Counsel, advising the Company on a wide range of legal, regulatory, strategic and corporate governance items. She was recently appointed to also serve as Chief Diversity Officer where she leads the development and implementation of initiatives that advance the Companys commitment to maintaining a talented, diverse workforce and inclusive culture. Prior to joining The Bancorp, Erika practiced law at a national law firm, where she represented parties in various corporate and commercial matters.
