Diamond to lead group claims function at Beazley

Beazley has promoted Beth Diamond to group head of claims in the US.

Diamond, who is currently head of third-party complex claims, will succeed Anthony Hobkinson, who is retiring in February 2020.

Diamond joined Beazley as claims team leader in 2006 when she became its first claims representative in the US.

A trained lawyer, Diamond initially focused on cyber, technology and media claims at Beazley before her promotion to lead complex claims in 2015. She will continue to be based in New York and will join the group’s executive committee.
