Steven brings over 17 years of distinguished experience in strategic finance, capital markets, and operational excellence in real estate. In his recent role at Multigreen Properties, he showcased his adept leadership in complex real estate transactions and capital financing. His role as a Management Consultant at Leyton Properties involved leading acquisitions due diligence for luxury residential developments, contributing invaluable expertise in navigating nuanced real estate landscapes. And at Ernst & Young, Steven’s tenure as Senior Manager in Assurance Services demonstrated a deep understanding of SEC registered public company practices, IPO readiness, and the operational intricacies of real estate Companies, both public and private.
