ABS has expanded its industrial cybersecurity and risk management capabilities through the acquisition of RMC Global by affiliate ABSG Consulting Inc.
The deal brings together ABS Consulting’s global reach and technical resources with RMC’s expertise in industrial cybersecurity, resilience and critical infrastructure protection, as clients face mounting operational and regulatory pressures.
“Clients are facing increasing operational risk, cyber threats, and regulatory pressure,” said ABS chairman and chief executive John McDonald. “Bringing together the expertise of RMC and ABS Consulting strengthens our ability to deliver even greater value and support for our clients through comprehensive, integrated solutions.”
ABS said the acquisition was both a strategic and cultural fit, with both organisations focused on protecting critical systems and supporting resilience in high-risk operating environments.
