AT&T Cybersecurity has cut the ribbon on an enhanced managed security service provider (MSSP) programme that it hopes will make life simpler for its partners.
Since launching its MSSP programme seven years ago, the firm has continued to make improvements to react to channel needs, with the emphasis on delivering consistent rewards and improved levels of support.
The vendor has committed to providing the channel with flat renewals to help MSSPs maintain the customer base. Prices will not rise at the time of renewal and if there has been a decrease then the partner will be able to pitch the better offer.
On the support side, the firm provides access to a resource centre for those with issues and has marketing funds available for those looking to grow their business with the vendor.
The firm said it was acutely aware that the cyber security landscape was ever-changing and it would be continuing to develop its unified security management (USM) product to equip partners with more tools to respond to customer needs.
