Job description
As the Director of Lending Compliance, you are most certainly a key member of the Lending Leadership team, reporting directly to the Chief Lending Officer. Your role includes implementing and monitoring the internal compliance audit monitoring program for departments to ensure regulatory reporting and documentation requirements are met.
Your role will also serve as the primary lead for all credit-related regulatory compliance areas including:
a. Policies and procedures
b. Risk assessments
c. Implement new laws and regulations
