Mayme Beth F. Donohue (Corporate, Richmond) counsels clients on securities law matters, capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance issues. She is also a member of the firm’s blockchain working group and a leader of the firm’s metaverse working group, regularly advising clients on a variety of issues related to digital assets and fintech. Donohue received her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and her law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law, magna cum laude.
