- Department for Culture, Media and Sport: Gambling Commission – Charles Counsell, Helen Dodds, Sheree Howard, Claudia Mortimore appointed as commissioners for five years; Lloydette Bai-Marrow, Helen Philips and David Rossington appointed as commissioners for four years
- Ministry of Defence – Brigadier Philip McNee appointed as surgeon general, in the rank of major general, from May 2024.
- Department for Education – Kate Ridley-Moy appointed as director of apprenticeships and skills bootcamps, succeeding Peter Mucklow who is to retire later this year.
