1. Absolute Security Acquires Syxsense: Absolute Security, a specialist in enterprise cyber resilience, has acquired Syxsense, an automated endpoint and vulnerability management provider. Embedded in the firmware of 600 million PCs, the Absolute Cyber Resilience platform delivers endpoint control, visibility and resilience for applications and security controls, the company said. With Syxsense integrated, customers will be able to add automated, vulnerability and patch management capabilities. Existing Syxsense customers and partners will continue to receive full support for existing deployments. Absolute customers will be able to add Syxsense endpoint and vulnerability management capabilities. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
