SARASOTA — Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport Chief of Police James Carlino has resigned during an investigation into a complaint of misconduct, according to airport President and CEO Fredrick J. Piccolo.
Carlino had been on paid leave since the investigation was announced last month.
In an email on Wednesday, Piccolo said, “There will not be any comment or further statement from the airport on this matter.”
