LAREDO, Texas (KGNS) – Webb County leaders are back to square one with regards to filling the Risk Management Director position.
During Monday’s Commissioners Court meeting, the court decided to rescind the appointment of a Risk Management Director who was offered the job but chose not to accept it.
According to the county’s Public Information Officer, Larry Sanchez, Adan Perez could not come to an agreement with the county over salary, as well as other job-related issues.
As a result, there will be an additional posting for the job in order to obtain a larger pool of applicants.
