World Insurance Associates LLC said Friday it acquired JBL Trinity Group Ltd., an Atlantic Highlands, New Jersey-based brokerage that specializes in New York City construction and marine insurance.
Terms were not disclosed.
JBL, which has 11 staff and was established in 1997, offers commercial and personal lines insurance. Other specialties include a national roller-skating insurance program, World Insurance said in a statement.
Iselin, New Jersey-based World Insurance is the 28th largest brokerage of U.S. business, according to Business Insurance’s most recent ranking.
